Entrusted with our client's valuable assets, we do much more than fulfill requirements and contractual obligations. At Pegasus Residential, we thrive on exceeding expectations. In fact, our daily mission is to consistently provide referral-worthy service to our customers (owners, associates and residents).
We count our success (literally) by the number of referrals we receive. For instance, Pegasus was founded with a short-term goal of focusing on the Mid-Atlantic and South Eastern states. As a direct result of the number of referrals we have received from satisfied clients, we have been able to achieve what was considered a long-term goal at start-up (expanding into the Midwest) in a very short period of time.
We have carefully crafted a culture that exemplifies our values of a "can-do" spirit, a practical solutions-orientation, a commitment to integrity and an obligation to deliver on our promises.
