Pegasus Residential is very excited to announce that Trey Lopez has joined our team in the position of Regional Manager. Trey has been in the property management field for 7+ years most recently as a Regional Manager for Bell Partners. His portfolio exceeded budgeted expectations by 2.5% in 2010 and ranked 1st in 5 out of 7 categories. Prior to Bell Partners, he began his career as a Leasing Consultant with Gables Residential and then to Lane Company where he worked his way up to an Executive Property Manager. Trey has a wife K.K. and two children Karsen and Kanyon and enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team.
Trey will be overseeing Evergreen at Aubrey’s Landing, Evergreen at the Vineyards, Carrington Green, Villas at South Point and Stone Ridge while Yakov moves on to take on all of our new and existing North Carolina sites.
Please join us in welcoming Trey to the Pegasus Residential family!Green Industrial Systems has partnered with Pegasus in our Emerald Initiative. “Green Systems’ core competency is providing innovative wastewater technologies as well as mentoring customers on how “green” technologies may benefit their company. In addition to bringing a culmination of backgrounds in the areas of engineering, wastewater design, biological, environmental and earth sciences, the Green Systems team specializes in the hospitality and multifamily industry.
Residents receive tips in their monthly newsletters on how to implement “green” practices into everyday life and are also encouraged to participate in property recycling programs. Our Community offices, as well as the Corporate Offices, are evolving to go as paperless, participate in recycling, having on line rent payments options, and energy saving programs.
