Painter	Raleigh, NC	The Painter will assist the Service Technician and Service Manager in maintaining the appealing look of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing apartment for move-in, painting, sheetrock repair, sanding, taping.
Regional Service Support Manager	Raleigh, NC	The Regional Service Support Manager will train and motivate our service staff to excel in property maintenance and curb appeal, uphold company standards and operate under the safety and operating standards. The position will be based in Raleigh, NC and will require travel to multiple properties and cities. You will also actively participate in new acquisitions, due diligence and capital projects.
Regional Support Manager	Raleigh, NC	The Regional Support Manager is considered the “face of the company”. The RSM should possess a highly polished, business like presence. Knowledge of leasing, accounting, marketing, design, property maintenance and social media are all assets that the ideal RSM should have. The role of an RSM requires 90-100% travel with assignments lasting from 2-8 weeks anywhere that Pegasus Residential has a presence. The RSM is highly involved in property acquisitions starting from day one and continuing through stabilization of the asset. The RSM is also highly responsible for improving troubled assets. Duties of the RSM can be, but are not limited to: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, outreach marketing, rebranding, market analysis, product analysis, leasing, training and mentoring.
