Lindy Ware

Lindy is a Principal and President of Pegasus Residential. Lindy has over 30 years experience in development and property management leadership in the Mid-Atlantic, South East and Mid West regions. She has served as Vice President for Merry Land and Investment Company, Trammell Crow Residential and Signature Management. She has successfully more than tripled the size of each company, personally leading changes in the training, asset management, business development, and personnel management programs. The spirit of our company is truly a reflection of her leadership, passion and experience. Lindy has been a guest speaker at the MFE Leadership National Conference.

Chris Ryan-Lawrence

Chris is a Principal and Vice President - Business Development of Pegasus Residential. Chris graduated from Virginia Tech and immediately began his career in Property Management working for two of the largest REIT's in the country, Equity Residential and Summit Properties as well as two smaller privately held companies over the past 20 years before founding Pegasus with Lindy and Debbie. He has been a guest lecturer to the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech Residential Property Management programs as well as being a guest speaker for the National Apartment Association, Atlanta Apartment Association and the Interface Multifamily Southeast Conference.

Debbie Conley

Debbie is a Principal and Vice President – Mid Atlantic / Mid West for Pegasus Residential. Debbie has over 30 years experience in property management leadership in the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West and South East Regions. She has served as Senior Regional Manager for Equity Residential, Trammell Crow Residential and Merry Land and Investment Company. Most recently Debbie was Regional Vice President for Colonial Properties Trust before founding Pegasus with Chris and Lindy. Debbie has been a board member of the Triangle Apartment Association.

Don Elliot

Don Elliott is Vice President – Facilities of Pegasus Residential and is responsible for the service teams on our sites as well as our construction, renovation and capital projects. Don graduated from LU and brings over 31 years experience in multi-family, mixed use and commercial property management. He has served with large REITs such as Equity Residential and Colonial Properties in geographic areas encompassing the North East, South East and Mid-West Regions in the capacity of Regional Vice President and Construction Services Director.
Dana Tucker

Dana is a Regional Vice President for Pegasus Residential supervising our Texas, Louisiana and Florida portfolio. Dana started with Pegasus Residential in December of 2009 and has helped facilitate our growth in the Texas market. He comes to us with over 19 years experience in property management working for some of the most respected and largest names in the country. Prior to joining Pegasus Residential he was a Regional Supervisor for The Hanover Company for the past 5 years, supervising property operations for all Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West Regions. His varied portfolio included garden style, mid-rise and high rise Class A projects many of which he took from lease up to stabilization. Prior to The Hanover Company, he worked with Camden Property Trust.
Ron Romano

Ron is the Director of Operations for Pegasus Residential. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from East Carolina University and has held management positions for the past 11 years primarily in the Real Estate industry. Ron began his career with Pegasus Residential in 2012 as a Senior Accountant and has quickly moved into a management role overseeing operational communications and reporting with onsite team members, senior leadership and owner/investors.
Bevan White

Bevan leads the Departments of Marketing and Training as the Director of Marketing and Employee Development. Bevan graduated from Auburn University with a degree in advertising/ graphic design and immediately started his career in property management in Nashville, TN. He has over 15 years of Property Management experience working primarily as a Marketing and Training Director in the Nashville, Denver, Atlanta and Los Angeles Markets. He has also had the opportunity to spend five years working in the advertising field with a national vendor to the apartment industry. Bevan develops site specific and national marketing programs as well as leading all training classes for Pegasus University.
Jackie Ware

Jackie started her career in property management as a leasing professional at Signature Management under the direction of the founding principals of Pegasus. In 2010, she was hired with Pegasus Residential as a Regional Support Manager. She spent two years in this position which allowed her to become a liaison between the corporate office and the onsite property teams. Jackie was also able to strengthen her skills in sales, acquisition development, property lease ups and marketing. She has now been transferred into a new role as Training and Marketing Facilitator with Pegasus Residential where she will help to mentor Pegasus associates and develop inventive marketing to help with the success of all Pegasus Residential properties.
Chris Keef

Chris is the OneSite Training and Support Specialist for Pegasus Residential. Chris started in the property management industry doing maintenance on University student housing units, then worked as a porter and a Leasing Consultant. After spending a few years in the airline industry, he became the Training Manager and OneSite Administrator for Lawson Realty Company in Virginia Beach, VA, then went on to work for RealPage in Dallas, TX as a Professional OneSite Trainer. Chris works with all properties to provide outstanding support and ongoing training for the OneSite software suite.
Laura Legrand

Laura is the Operations and Transitions Facilitator for Pegasus Residential. She has 20 years of experience in the property management, working with large REIT's such as Equity Residential and AMLI Residential and has her CAM and ARM licenses. Most recently, Laura worked with the Principals for Pegasus Residential as a Property Manager, OneSite Support Coordinator and Property Manager Trainer.
Bonnie Spinks

Bonnie is the Operations Assistant for Pegasus Residential. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 and has worked in the multi-family industry ever since. Bonnie started her career as a leasing professional with the principals of Pegasus Residential. She was one of the first recipients of the “Pegasus Platinum Performance” award in 2009. Bonnie works closely with the Director of Operations and principals of Pegasus, as well as leading the social media marketing.
Marissa Hunt

Marissa is the Administrative Assistant for Pegasus Residential. She graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2010 with Bachelors of Science Degrees in Sociology and Psychology. Currently, Marissa is working towards her MBA at Kennesaw State University. Marissa works closely with the Director of Operations and Principals of Pegasus.
Yakov Belousov

Yakov is a Regional Manager for Pegasus Residential overseeing properties in our North Carolina and Georgia portfolio. He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and has managed properties for large REIT's such as Equity Residential, Colonial Properties Trust and one other local property management company. Most recently Yakov was a multi-site property manager in Raleigh North Carolina with Pegasus Residential.
Pip Cornish

Pip is a Regional Manager for Pegasus Residential overseeing properties in our Georgia and Alabama portfolios. He graduated from The University of Georgia and was most recently an Area Manager with Equity Residential. Pip has 12 years of property management experience. During those years he has held numerous roles including Operations specialist and General Manager, in addition to all traditional on site positions. During his tenure with Equity he assisted in operational direction throughout Georgia, Florida, Texas, North Carolina and Tennessee. Prior to working with Equity Residential Pip’s start in the industry was with General Investment and Development (GID) managing multiple assets in their Atlanta market.
Trey Lopez

Trey is a Regional Manager for Pegasus Residential overseeing communities in Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. He attended the University of Georgia and has 7 years of property management experience. Trey has held all traditional on-site positions; due to Trey’s success in each position, he was quickly promoted to a Regional Manager within 5 years of beginning his career. Trey has continually been recognized for successfully troubleshooting struggling communities and drastically improving their financial performance.
Natalie Sincevich

Natalie is a Regional Manager with Pegasus Residential. She will oversee metro-Atlanta properties in the Georgia portfolio. Starting in the industry in 1989, Natalie spent her early career with Avalon Bay, and has since worked with both private and public companies. Natalie has been responsible for regions ranging from 1,860 apartments to 14,201 apartments in Maryland, Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia. She is a Cum Laude graduate from Towson State University.
Jaime Stanley

Jaime is a Regional Manager for Pegasus Residential overseeing properties in our Florida portfolio. She comes to us with over 15 years of experience in the property management industry. Most recently she was with ZRS Management for 11 years; 6 of which were in a Regional Manager role. Prior to ZRS Management, she worked for AIMCO and The Clarkson Company. She holds her CPM designation through IREM and is also a licensed CAM in the State of Florida.
Meaghan Dawes

Meaghan has over 15 years of experience in the field of property management in the Raleigh and surrounding areas, performing within local management companies and most recently Pegasus Residential. She began her career as a leasing specialist and then moved into the positions of Assistant Manager, Community Manager, and Senior Community Manager throughout the years. Meaghan has managed different communities in portfolios which have included rehabbing distressed communities, lease ups, and single and multifamily management.
Christina Shambro

Christina joined Pegasus Residential in May 2013. She comes to us with an extensive background in the apartment industry having over 22 years of experience. Her most recent experience was with Adara Communities where she was Vice President of Operations supervising a portfolio in excess of 10,000 units and directly responsible for all aspects of operations, maintenance& management. Previously Christina was with The Hanover Company, a merchant builder for over 10+ years and successfully supervised their assets on a national basis in a Director of Property Management position on all operations. Prior to that, Ms. Shambro was VP of Operations at Sueba / Southhampton Management for 9 years whereas she was instrumental in the direct operations of newly developed garden style product in the Houston market.

Christina has primary responsibility as a Regional Manager over all assets in South Central Texas and the Louisiana markets. She also has her CAM and held a Louisiana Real Estate license for many years. Christina attended college at LSU and University of Monroe, Louisiana.
Denise Newby

Denise is Asset Revitalization Manager for Pegasus Residential. Denise brings over 22 years experience in Property Management. Starting her career with such companies as Steven D, Bell and United Dominion and two small privately owned companies. Most recently has successfully worked as Senior Regional Manager with Pegasus Residential.
Karrie Ezelle

Karrie is a Regional Support Manager with Pegasus. She was hired by the Principals from the Atlanta Journal Constitution, and has over 11 years of high velocity sales experience, 5 of which are now in property management. Karrie started her career as a leasing professional and was quickly promoted to Assistant Property Manager, winning Assistant Manager of the Year in 2006. She was then promoted to Sales and Operations Specialist and then Regional Support Manager, where she continues today leading property transitions on leasing and marketing.
Amanda Cooper

Amanda Cooper is a Regional Support Manager for Pegasus Residential. She enhances Pegasus by bringing over 15years of superior management experience and exemplary customer relations support. Her professional background is extremely diverse working for Ginsburg Development, United Airlines, AVID Technology, and Signature Management. In her present position with Pegasus Residential, Amanda collaborates with the Principals and Regional Staff to ensure the successful transition of newly acquired properties. In addition, she also supports the on-site staff by refreshing their knowledge regarding the Pegasus standard of excellence.
Don Brooks

Don is a Regional Support Manager with over fifteen years in the property management and real estate industry. He began his career as Property Manager with Trammell Crow Residential in the Midwest and later relocated to Tampa, Florida with Aspen Square Management where he worked on new acquisitions throughout the country. In 2005, Don came to Atlanta as a Project Manager on a condo conversion project. Currently Don works on newly acquired and existing properties in management, training and marketing efforts contributing to the success of our communities.
David Scheland

David Scheland started in the position of Regional Support Manager with only two years experience in property management. An amazing success record and solid work ethic has catapulted David into this role. He has worked with JRK Residential and was hired by the principals of Pegasus to join the leasing team. David has over 12 years of door to door sales experience where he served as Office Supervisor and Manager with Adecco Staffing. He has worked closely with the Principals of Pegasus and he continues to provide support and motivation in our new acquisitions and current properties in leasing, marketing and mentoring.
Ashley Stewart

Ashley Stewart is a Regional Support Manager for Pegasus Residential. Ashley brings 8 years of property management experience working previously with Camden Property Trust. She has mastered many industry roles including Leasing Consultant, Leasing Manager, Marketing Director, Resident Services Coordinator, Assistant Manager, Business Relations, and Mentor Trainer. Ashley also holds an NALP (National Association of Leasing Professionals) designation and stays active with the Houston Apartment Association. Currently, Ashley supports on site staff at newly acquired and existing properties. She provides motivation and training as well as spreading the Pegasus Residential culture in order to help create successful teams and top performing properties.
Kyle Mong

Kyle is a Regional Support Manager with Pegasus Residential. He holds of Bachelors degree in Public Relations from the University of North Florida. Kyle has worked with leading property management companies over the course of his career including Centurion Partners and Julian LeCraw and Company. He joined Pegasus Residential as a Community Manager and has since been promoted to Regional Support Manager assisting with new acquisitions throughout the Pegasus portfolio.
Nicole Stierwalt

Nicole Stierwalt is a Regional Support Manager with over twelve years of experience in Property Management. Nicole began her career in Property Management with Morgan Properties in South Florida and later relocated to Central Florida as a Property Manager with Concord Management, then moved to Georgia to join Pegasus Residential as a Community Manager. Nicole has mastered many industry roles including, Leasing and Training Manager, Assistant Manager and Property Manager.
Penny Hall

Penny Hall is a Regional Support Manager with over 25 years experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as a real estate paralegal and from there became an mortgage originator, quickly becoming a top producer in the State of Georgia. Penny started her own mortgage company and had offices in Atlanta, Greenville and San Francisco. Upon the decline of the real estate market, she pursued a degree in hospitality, taking her customer service skills to the next level. During her first year as a leasing agent with Pegasus Residential, she was a top producer within the company. Now as a Regional Support Manager she is able to share her abilities with others to become successful leasing professionals.
Nicole McLaurin

Nicole McLaurin began her property management career as a receptionist in 1989 while attending Georgia Southern University. Over the years, she has mastered several positions from Receptionist, Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, and most recently Corporate Trainer and Regional Marketing Director with First Communities prior to joining the Pegasus Residential team. She has also had the pleasure of teaching Leasing classes with the Atlanta Apartment Association in 2013. Now as a Regional Support Manager she is able to use her experience with newly acquired and existing properties in management, leasing, marketing, and training contributing to the success of our communities.
Zayna Callier

Zayna is a Regional Support Manager with Pegasus Residential. Zayna graduated with a BA in Marketing from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. She began her Pegasus career as a Leasing Specialist in November of 2010 and was promoted to Leasing and Marketing Manager in June 2012. Zayna worked closely with the Principles of Pegasus and was soon promoted to Regional Support Manager. She is an energetic and driven sales professional and will continue to provide support and training to help create successful teams.

E. Landon Bridgers

Landon is the Chief Financial Officer for Pegasus Residential. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate accounting working for both multi-family and commercial development companies. He also has operational experience in apartment management, hotel management and real estate brokerage. Prior to joining Pegasus, he was employed by Brand Properties, Atlantic Marina Holdings, MD Hodges Enterprises\Blackstone Group and InterSouth Management.
Kurt Blanton, II

Kurt is the Controller for Pegasus Residential. He comes to us with 8 years of property management accounting and auditing experience; working with Trammell Crow Residential, Lane Company and Place Properties. His focus is to provide leadership and coordination or property financial reporting and to ensure accounting procedures conform to general accounting principles. He manages Accounting Supervisors and Senior Accountants and works directly with the CFO.
Chris Cheatham

Chris is the Assistant Controller for Pegasus Residential. He has over 16 years of accounting and financial C-level experience with 7 of those years relating to property management and residential construction. He holds Bachelor's Degrees in both Accounting and Finance from North Georgia College & State University. His professional tenure has allowed him to work in corporate, government and health care. He works directly with the CFO and manages Accounting Supervisors and Senior Accountants.
Staci Degioanni

Staci is a Staff Accountant with Pegasus Residential. She has over 6 years of accounting experience, of which 3 years are directly in Property Management. Staci started her Property Management adventure working for Signature Management, after relocating from Louisiana. She works directly with our Accounting Supervisor to provide timely accounts payable reporting.
Kay Hall

Kay is an Accounting Specialist with Pegasus Residential. Kay is a native Georgian with 13 years of Property Management experience including all areas of tax credit, bond and public housing. She has worked as a Property Manager and also a Compliance Specialist for Signature Management and one other smaller property Management company and has her CAM License. Kay works directly with the Accounts Payable Manager and all members of our accounting department to provide accuracy in all areas of accounts payable.
Katherine Brown

Katherine is a Senior Accountant / Auditor for Pegasus Residential. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and brings over 15 years of property management accounting experience. Relocated to Florida from New York, she has worked with commercial and residential property management companies. Then settling down in Georgia to work with a local property management company she now joins our team at Pegasus Residential. Working directly with our Assistant Controller and CFO, her responsibilities are to provide quality financial reporting as well as many other accounting duties.
Christina Padgett

Christina is a Senior Accountant for Pegasus Residential. She comes to us with over 15 year's property management accounting experience. She has worked for Walton Communities (Marietta, GA), Lane Company (Atlanta, GA), and SWH Properties (Norcross, GA). Working directly with the Controller, her responsibilities are to provide quality financial reporting as well as other accounting duties.
Keith McClellan

Keith is an Accounts Payable Manager with Pegasus Residential. He has over 15 years of accounting experience and has worked for companies in the telecommunications and health care industries. He works directly with our CFO to provide timely accounts payable reporting.
David Khor

David is an Accounting Supervisor for Pegasus Residential. He joins us with over 10 years of accounting and auditing experience in the multi-family housing and commercial properties. Before working with Pegasus, David worked for BDO Sideman as a senior associate with responsibilities including auditing and due diligence procedures. In 1994, David graduated from Baruch College with a BBA and was CPA certified in 2003. Working directly with our Controller, his responsibilities are to provide quality financial reporting as well as many other accounting duties.
Jonathan Duncan

Jonathan is an Accounting Manager for Pegasus Residential. He completed his MBA in Finance at Georgia State University. He works directly with the CFO and manages Senior Accountants.
Elyse Carpenter

Elyse is an Accountant for Pegasus Residential. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a degree in Business Administration, concentration in Real Estate. She works directly with the Assistant Controller.
