Despite turbulent economic conditions, Pegasus Residential was launched in January 2009 by its principals Lindy Ware, Chris Lawrence and Debbie Conley with a bold vision of revolutionizing third party management.

Abandoning tired industry methodology and practices, the principals created a firm where working relationships and integrity are elevated to their proper place (first and foremost) and where services rendered are consistently referral-worthy.
